Description

Personetics is an B2B2C Enterprise-Software Fintech start-up that is leading the Self-Driving Finance revolution in banking. We help banks deliver highly intelligent and personalized banking experiences to their retail customers across all digital channels. We’re pioneering establishing a new category of consumer banking based around data-driven personalization and customer engagement serving over 100 million bank customers worldwide.

Responsibilities:

- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify and map key industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs. Translate insights into actionable strategies to drive product differentiation and market leadership.
- Product Positioning and Messaging: Develop compelling value propositions and messaging that will resonate with our target audience. Clearly articulate the unique benefits and features of our products to effectively communicate value to customers and prospects alike.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Work with product management, sales, and marketing to plan and execute go-to-market plans for new products and features.
- Content Development: Create powerful content that communicates and promotes our product offering and differentiated value, including sales enablement materials, website content, product datasheets, webinars, case studies, product videos, etc.
- Sales Enablement: Equip sales with the knowledge, tools, and resources they need to effectively sell our products. Develop sales training materials, presentations, and competitive battlecards to support the sales process and drive conversion.

REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum 2 years experience in product marketing roles, preferable in B2B technology startups.

- 2-5 years combined experience in tech (Fintech or Financial service companies – a major plus).

- Excellent written and communication skills, with the ability to articulate effective messaging, value propositions, sales pitch, sales decks.
- Cross-functional team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions (product, marketing, sales).
- Strategic and analytic mindset, fast learner, able to understand and tie together technical and business aspects.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to initiate, lead and manage various activities with minimal supervision.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent English both written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
