We are looking for a talented product Marketing Manager for our Marketing department.

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will manage a multi-million dollar monthly marketing budget for our successful app brands in one of the most promising, well-funded and profitable companies in Israel.

Responsibilities:

- Create a holistic marketing and growth strategy for the app
- Work closely with Product and Marketing teams to increase user acquisition & retention for the app and drive strategic initiatives for marketing
- Develop and execute growth initiatives to drive user acquisition and retention leveraging marketing campaigns, and in-product growth levers
- Lead and coordinate positioning and marketing plans related to app updates and feature launches
- Develop product marketing strategies (pricing, advertising, product launching)
- Measure the impact of marketing activities including user acquisition, influencer, and brand awareness campaigns
- Conduct ongoing competitive analysis to develop compelling product positioning, pricing and messaging that differentiate our apps.

Requirements

- Marketing experience in leading high-scale campaigns for acquisition, growth, retention and re-engagement - a must
- A data-driven ‘people’s person’, with the ability to motivate stakeholders to drive goals
- Ability to drive multi-faceted projects and people
- Ability to prioritize budgets and limited resources
- Able to build a narrative through the numbers and data
- Experience working with many stakeholders to drive growth
- Experience working with Product and R&D on Growth initiatives - a plus
