The Product Marketing Manager is a pivot function of our Direct-to-Fabric product line and big business generator. It is a key function within the organization, holding an end-to-end responsibility for the Micro-factory solution - leading its entire product life cycle from inception to end of life.

Reports to: Direct-to-Fabric Product Marketing Director

Location: Afek Industrial Park, Rosh Ha'ayin

What will you do:

- Be the market and product expert for all interfaces, internally and externally
- Define a comprehensive portfolio strategy and support solutions roadmap for our DTF (Direct-to'-fabric) Micro factory solution
- Define a clear business plan and GTM strategy per product, across different segments and geographies, define current and future product requirements
- Lead and manage partnerships with third party vendors to complete seamless solution for micro-factory
- Lead and support business development initiatives with potential prospects and brands/ creation of MF light-houses across the globe
- Define a clear business plan and GTM strategy for the Micro-factory solution, across different segments and geographies
- Act as the Micro-factory solution ambassador with c-level leaders and strategic customers, serve as a domain expert within Kornit and for our customers (including advocacy in shows and events)
- Manage all product marketing aspects vis-à-vis all relevant internal units (e.g. Application, Sales, R&D, Support), throughout the product lifecycle
- Define your products’ value proposition as it translates to sales tools and sales collaterals
- Manage knowledge transfer and training of global sales force and partners
- Manage products’ roll-out plan and NPI’s
- Manage the business performance of all products’ installed base
- Gather market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research and close interactions with customers, partners and experts
- Address new market opportunities 


What should you have?

- At least 5 years of relevant global experience in technological product marketing leadership, with preference to technological capital equipment
- Proven track record of leading significant multidisciplinary (HW-SW( projects and business lines in fast changing growth companies
- Key characteristics: a quick and passionate learner, analytical, strong technology understanding and learning capabilities, good interpersonal communication skills, high energy
- A problem solver - thrives in ambiguity and matrix environments.
- Great leadership skills, high standards generator
- Storytelling and presentation skills (of ideas and products)
- Travel expectancy: 8-10 times a year, English fluency - a must
