Zoomin is looking for a results-driven, experienced data & analytics product manager to join our product team in Tel-Aviv. You will be tasked with building complex data and analytics infrastructure and applications that will help us differentiate our solutions and gain critical business insights, as well as help our customers gain added value from our products. In this role, you will be improving software solutions that impact millions of users for some of the largest enterprises in the world. Zoomin’s SaaS platform delivers always-updated product answers from your technical documentation, personalized to every customer when and where they need it. What will you do:
- Own both inbound and outbound aspects of certain data-related modules and products, including ideation, clients validations, wireframing, user testing, data analysis, discovery, roadmap planning and execution, specs writing, launching, monitoring and never-ending iterations.
- Work closely with R&D to build a scalable data infrastructure, including ETLs and ingest tools, data pipelines, data analysis platforms and data visualization.
- Create customer-level and company-level analytics solutions, including dashboards, reports, alerts and APIs, embedded throughout our platform and solutions.
- Lead, in collaboration with data engineers and scientists, the practical integration of data-driven insights into our product portfolio, in the form of predictive models, experience personalization, targeted recommendations and more.
- Serve as the internal and external product evangelist; know everything about your product; clearly communicate its functionality and value to stakeholders; build relationships with prospects, customers and industry experts.
- Work with internal team members (UX, product marketing, R&D, sales and more) to drive product launches, feature rollouts, sales and adoption etc.
- Commit to results, and report on progress. Present to the company executive management on a quarterly basis.


- 3+ years of experience of data analysis experience, either as a product manager or as a customer-facing data scientist, dealing with a complex data-driven product.
- BSc in Engineering/CS/statistics/equivalent.
- Familiar with SaaS business models, engagement and product usage metrics, and data requirements that drive personalized messaging and experiences (e.g. user profiling, segmentation, A/B testing etc.)
- Strong understanding of big-data platforms (Redshift or similar) and ETL processes.
- Advantage: Has strong fundamentals in at least one of the following:
- Customer and engagement analytics
- Applied data science in business settings
- Personalization and predictive machine learning models
- Recommender systems
- Experience in SQL
- Advantage: experience in R, Python.
- Proven experience in working closely with highly technical R&D teams: running discovery sessions, writing high-level and low-level specifications, and taking an active part in iterations.
- Effective communicator, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong UX and design thinking
- Works well as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel (~10%).
- Fluent English.
