About the Role

Our Product Management team plays a pivotal role in our company, driving product success by working collaboratively with Riskified’s engineering, data science, design, marketing, analytics and operations teams. Product Managers at Riskified are required to solve complex problems, using a varied and multi-disciplinary skillset. We are in hyper-growth mode, and are looking for people who can learn and adjust quickly as the company and our product suite expand.

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile product manager to join a team responsible for building a new offering in our expanding suite to help eCommerce enterprises secure one of their most valuable assets - customer accounts. In this role, you will work closely with fellow product managers, engineers, designers, analysts, and other cross-functional team members, to develop and launch new capabilities protecting online shoppers from fraudsters while streamlining good customers’ experience. What You'll Be Doing

- Collaborate with fellow product managers, and other stakeholders, to translate our product strategy into clearly defined priorities and initiatives to meet our business goals
- Drive delivery of key initiatives in your product domain through ideation, development, launch and iteration of new capabilities and features
- Support the agile development and release of new features, while working closely with engineering and data science teams to facilitate quarterly/sprint planning, backlog refinement and prioritization
- Engage in product discovery through ongoing market and user research to inform product planning and roadmap development
- Contribute to strategic analyses across the product domain; distill market research to provide deep perspective to the team and product management leadership informing insights and decision making
- Be an evangelist for your product and collaborate with teams across the organization to ensure successful releases and customer adoption
- Stay abreast of competition and understand market trends to ensure we maintain differentiated position in market and solve our customers’ greatest challenges and needs


- 2+ years of experience in product management in a SaaS-based B2B organization
- Familiarity with AI based products and technologies
- Experience in conducting research to understand user personas and define requirements; passion to seek deep understanding of user needs and turning insights into compelling solutions
- An analytical work style and metrics-driven approach that leverages data to guide decisions
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, organization and prioritization skills
- Comfortable with ambiguity, and ability to work in an iterative and incremental way, balancing many different inputs and constantly making trade-offs
- Humility, integrity, positive attitude, and mission-driven mentality
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- Experience with eCommerce, FinTech, Online Payments, Fraud - an advantage
- Experience with Identity and Authentication (MFA/2FA, RBA etc.) - an advantage
