We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join the product team and help drive the company’s product line and contribute directly to the company’s success by making beautiful and smart products that answer the needs of our users. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Own the creation, roadmap, and features definition for part of our product portfolio.
- Collaborate with all teams; Dev, Data, Integration, Sales, CS, and UX to create a competitive product.
- Work with senior management on product strategy.
- Own both front-end and back-end product modules.
- Manage product backlog and prioritization to drive the successful rollout of features.
- Communicate with clients to capture requirements and define user delighting products.
- Own the product lifecycle from definition to client delivery with extreme quality demands.
- Drive product adoption and satisfaction by our users.
What You Need:
- 4+ years as a Product Manager.
- Experience working in a SaaS company- must!
- Working with global enterprise (Fortune 500) clients.
- Experience with complex (data and processes) platform products e.g; analytics, data science products
- Experience with both inbound and outbound product management activities
- Experience managing user-facing client products
- Excellent people skills, you love working with people and conducting meetings with clients
- Conducting customer interviews and user testing
- Defining and tracking success metrics
- Ability to convincingly express your opinion and create consensus with engineers, designers, and senior management
- Solid understanding of tech product development processes
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adjust to shifting priorities while meeting deadlines
- High level of English
