- 3+ years of experience on a Product team for desktop and mobile
- Take full responsibility and ownership of the product - inception to production, heading up the end-to-end development of new features, and making sure that our goals are aligned with users’ needs
- Own the product life cycle: market, BI and user research, defining wireframes, scope, KPIs and development process
- Talk to users and Customer Care Experts, analyze user data, and conduct usability tests to continually improve the product
- Innovate and prioritize products and features.
- Interpersonal communication skills to work with dynamic and fast, cross-functional teams
- Excellent understanding of user-experience design for mobile and web
- High organizational skills and ability to prioritize and time manage
- Quick adaptive learner that thrives in a high-paced, ever-changing environment
- Ability to think outside the box about product strategy and vision (not just 'how it should look' but 'what we should build')
