WalkMe is looking for a passionate, experienced and creative Product Manager to join our Insights product team in Tel Aviv! WalkMe Insights is an integral part of the WalkMe platform, providing analytics and actionable insights based on application usage and digital user experience in order to drive users to success.As a Product Manager in the Insights product team, you will create products and features that leverage WalkMe’s big data to help users uncover business insights out of complex data. This is a product for professionals with a passion for data and detail, and a passion for creating a great product and user experiences.As a product manager in Insights, you’ll have the opportunity to work in a highly professional and innovative team and make an impact on one of the most strategic WalkMe products.

What will you actually be doing?

- Transform our product vision into reality
- Proactively manage the product lifecycle
- Define and prioritize new features
- Collaborate with multiple departments and stakeholders in order to ensure that our customers' needs are being met.
- Work closely with the Product UX team to plan and design comprehensive product features.
- Be responsible for communicating the business requirements to the engineering teams.
- Identify our customer needs and opportunities through data, interviews, and research.
- Collect and analyze market requirements.
- Ensure deadlines are constantly being met.


- 2+ years of hands-on Product Management experience
- Experience with SaaS and/or Complex Systems
- Experience in Data Analytics platforms or data integrations - advantage
- Technical degree in computer science/engineering or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in a B2B tech startup or company
- Proven ability to manage a complete product life-cycle, from conception to release.
- Strong bias for action; ability to juggle multiple priorities and create a sense of urgency in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Knowledge and understanding of UI and UX principles.
- Strong business and technical orientation.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English & Hebrew
- Proven success in working across an organization with different teams and departments.
- Ability to learn quickly and independently.
