About the Role

Our Product Management team plays a pivotal role in our company, driving product success by working collaboratively with Riskified’s engineering, data science, design, marketing, analytics and operations teams. Product Managers at Riskified are required to solve complex problems, using a varied and multi-disciplinary skillset. We are in hyper-growth mode, and are looking for people who can learn and adjust quickly as the company and our product suite expand.

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile product manager to join a team responsible for building a new offering in our expanding suite to strengthen one of our customers’ most valuable assets - trust. In this role, you will work closely with fellow product managers, engineers, designers, analysts, and other cross-functional team members, to develop and launch new UI/UX- centric products. What You'll Be Doing
- Own the lifecycle and delivery of initiatives in your product area through ideation, prototyping, development, launch and iteration of new capabilities and features
- Work with fellow product managers, product designers and other appropriate stakeholders to define user personas and their needs through ongoing market and user research
- Build and manage a roadmap, translating high-level product strategy and conceptual ideas into clearly defined priorities and requirements to meet our business goals
- Establish product KPIs and identify opportunities to achieve these KPIs with a direct feedback loop into product planning
- Be an evangelist for your product and collaborate with teams across the organization to manage beta programs and ensure successful releases and customer adoption
- Contribute to strategic analysis and initiatives across the product domain


- 2+ years of experience in product management or product design in a SaaS-based B2B organization. Experience building solutions in the eCommerce space is a strong plus!
- Experience collaborating with engineers, designers and other partners to build, ship and iterate on web applications and user interfaces
- Experience with Lean and User-Centered Design methodologies; passion to seek deep understanding of user needs and turning insights into compelling solutions
- An analytical work style and metrics-driven approach that leverages data to guide decisions
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, organization and prioritization skills
- Comfortable with ambiguity, and ability to work in an iterative and incremental way, balancing many different inputs and constantly making trade-offs
- Humility, integrity, positive attitude, and mission-driven mentality
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- Experience with eCommerce, FinTech, Online Payments, Fraud - an advantage
