We drive the development of the world-class products that power GlassesUSA’s transformation of optical retail. We create web and mobile experiences that make GlassesUSA a delightful place to shop. Whether on desktop or mobile, we leverage data, user-centric design, machine learning, and agile methodologies to exceed customer expectations and achieve operational excellence, fueling company growth. Our work requires us to move fast and collaborate to discover, build, and scale world-class products.


- A minimum of 1 year of experience in Product Management at a consumer internet company (We’re looking for Product Managers in different seniority levels)
- Strong product instincts; you intuitively understand why product ideas will succeed
- Proficient in UX methodologies
- A fundamentally data-driven and technical mindset; you have the ability to collect and analyze data from a variety of sources, identify key insights, spot optimization opportunities, and inform product decisions
- A bias towards action and experimentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to communicate with a wide range of team members and job functions
- Experience working in a fast-paced and high growth environment
- A proven track record of optimizing successful, consumer-facing products is a plus
- Entrepreneurial background is a plus
