About the Role
- Product Managers at Riskified play a pivotal role within our company, driving product creation by working collaboratively with Riskified’s growth, marketing, design, analytics, integrations and software development departments. As a Product Manager at Riskified you will be required to solve complex problems, using a varied and multi-disciplinary skill set.

- In this role, we will look to you to be a liaison between our customers and the Product and R&D Teams in Israel. You will meet directly with our customers in the US to understand their product needs and requests, convey that information to our teams, and be part of executing new product initiatives.

What You'll Be Doing
- Be in charge of defining Riskified's current and future products
- Drive product development by prioritizing and managing the product backlog, in order to ensure we provide our clients with a great product
- Meet face-to-face with our high-level customers to understand their product needs and requests
- Serve as a liaison between our customers and the rest of the Product Management team as well as internal stakeholders to convey needs and requests
- Work directly with our CTO, as part of our NY Innovation Team
- Work with our Tel Aviv Development Team to execute product tasks
- Conduct market and user research by performing competitive analysis, having ongoing contact with clients in order to understand their needs, tracking and analyzing user behaviour, and following up and responding to user feedback
- Plan and direct the release of new products and features


* Candidates must be eligible to work and live in the US *

- At least 3 years of hands-on product management experience - must
- Experience in SaaS companies in a B2B setting
- Understanding of culture at North American Enterprise companies
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills - within the company and with customers
- High level of UX understanding, and ability to work with design to create great interfaces and experiences
- Highly analytical and creative
- Fast learner
- Experience with eCommerce, Fin-Tech, online payments - strong advantage
