We’re looking for an experienced Product Growth Manager to help market the work OS platform by designing, implementing, and testing our end-to-end product growth strategy to achieve mass growth.

The Product Growth researches and understands client needs, challenges, and priorities - and knows how to communicate our product offering with clients through highly-effective written and visual content that is compelling and concise, and which highlights the product values and unique selling points (USPs).

The success of the Product Growth will be measured through the consistent optimization of’s proactive communication channels. As such, the Product Growth should have an analytical mindset coupled with a creative flair, and outstanding storytelling skills.

The Role
- Build a deep understanding of our product lifecycle and identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Lead the development of marketing plans and other growth initiatives focused on selected marketing channels with the goal of activating and retaining new users. Work with the marketing team to develop and execute on those plans and get to the desired outcomes.
- Define the vision for your own area, and build the right team to fulfill it.
- Partner with our marketing team, engineers, designers, data analysts, experimentation leads to test and improve the post-registration customer journey and increase product activation and decrease churn (e.g., personalized recommendations and email paths, etc.)
- Run your own experimentation line with A/B testing ideas and analyze results to optimize each touchpoint across the entire journey.


- 3+ years of experience with product growth/ marketing.
- A deeply analytical individual with a product-led growth marketing mindset.
- Identified customer needs and performing user segmentation.
- Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles.
- Deep understanding of acquisition and retention KPIs and funnels
- Ability to analyze a marketing funnel and identify growth opportunities and the various ways to meet them.
- First-hand experience with email marketing, and get excited about things like subject lines and calls to action.
- Experience in B2B tech marketing, with exposure to both medium-sized and enterprise businesses.
- A hungry, infectious personality: we’re looking for someone determined and able to win
- Strong collaboration skills, ability to work cross-functionally as well as influence and motivate team members.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent English and Hebrew.
