Description

In this position you will find a unique challenge as you will be part of the company's first team in this site. By being Solaredge's Product Engineer you will have the opportunity to be involve in building a new Engineering system.

What will you be doing?
- Focal point / Expert for technical, engineering related for the production team.
- Lead product process improvements on production site.
- Responsible of all engineering aspects of a product during production, NPI phase and Mass production
- Understand production line process in view of the product, changes, deviation, assembly, testing

Requirements

- Education: Academic degree in Mechanical engineering, Electrical engineering or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of proven experience as product leader.
- Experience in building production files and leading ECR/ECO process.
- Experience in working with Sub contractors for PCB, Assembly lines, electrical and mechanical parts manufacturing.
- Experience in PDM tool – Agile is an advantage.
- Experience in MES systems.
- High skills in English, speaking and writing

It would be great advantage if you are experienced in:
- Leading a DFT and DFA process.
- Mechanical / Electrical design and ability to read mechanical / electrical drawing
