WalkMe is seeking for an exceptional Product Enablement Lead to drive product knowledge and feature usage proficiency across our organization, partners and customers. As WalkMe Product Enablement Lead you will be responsible for defining workflows, procedures, best practices and exceeding internal and external stakeholders use our products to their greatest potential. By matrix working with all enablement members from the different departments, you will be required to identify the different needs and come up with ways of delivering content to instil the knowledge and methodologies into ongoing behaviours resulting in excelling technical and revenue teams’ KPIs. The successful candidate will define outcomes important to the success of the business and develop content and methods to achieve them.

This role is results-driven and innovative in finding new ways to achieve them. You must be able to join a dynamic and fast-paced environment, working with cross-functional teams to understand products, how they apply to customer problems, and how to maximize knowledge transfer and customer adoption to deliver the company’s vision and strategy.

What will you actually be doing?
- Matrix manages enablement subject matter experts to build workflow, procedures, methodologies and deliver results.
- Plan and deliver dissemination, scoping and networking meetings, encouraging cross-org involvement where possible, as well as reviewing and maintaining materials to recommend changes in scope, format, content, and distribution to excellent results.
- Define measurable objectives aligned with company strategy and create methods to achieve them.
- Maintain a strong relationship with the product team and enablement functions cross org.
- Maintain records of dissemination; produce metrics, graphics, and briefings to support product and different business unit functions.
- Measure financial impact of product enablement through improved adoption, cost savings, revenue opportunities and technical deliveries.


- 5+ years of experience product-related enablement role which includes producing, delivering and measuring training or learning content.
- Native English - must.
- Experience in technical writing - Familiarity with multiple methods of instruction of technical topics, how to apply them to different user needs, how to deliver them through different channels, and how to measure the effectiveness.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for distributing knowledge, raising the bar, and measuring the results.
- Demonstrated teamwork & matrix management – able to both lead and be part of effective teams.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
