If you’re a person who loves data, sees trends in rows, and believes in data-driven decisions – this role is for you! This role combines analytical skills alongside business acumen and technical understanding. An ideal candidate should be passionate about data, understanding complex problems, and how to present key insights to key stakeholders.

What you'll be doing:

● Define metrics, extract data (usage, financial) and analyze behaviors and trends
● Define KPIs and develop dashboards and reports communicating them to management
● Work with product management to analyze and provide meaningful insights driving roadmap decisions
● Monitor and improve products and feature adoption process and understand customer trends.
● Work with Support and Sales to share information and provide data for business decisions.

What you will need to succeed:

● At least 2 years of Business Analytics or consulting experience
● Bachelor’s in Eng., Finance, Math, Computer Science, Technology, Media, or Information Systems or other related fields – Must
● Analytical skills – research, analyze and visualize data
● Ability to be detail-oriented, but also see and understand the big picture
● High technical understanding
● Independent management and learning skills
● A get-things-done team player with a positive approach
● Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal – Must
● Strong excel knowledge or other BI tools
● Experience with the product life-cycle/working with Product teams – Advantage
● Tableau knowledge – Advantage
