Procurement Manager

- Developing cost-effective procurement strategies.
- Sourcing, benchmarking and engaging reliable vendors.
- Negotiating with vendors to secure advantageous terms.
- Work with the legal team to review and maintain contract database with vendors.
- Perform risk assessments and ensure on-going feasibility of existing contracts.
- Train internal stakeholders on the procurement policies, processes and systems.
- Approving purchase orders, organizing and confirming receipt of goods and services
- Controlling the procurement budget and promoting a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.
- Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
- Overseeing and managing the IT system that tracks inventory.

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or economics.
- 3+ years of experience managing supply chain operations in the Tech industry (Software company an advantage).
- Talent in negotiations and networking with proven ability to manage parallel workstreams and prioritize.
- English: full proficiency.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience working with NetSuite is an advantage.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills.
