Process and Technology Manager

What you will be doing:

- Ability to read and understand mechanical assembly drawings
- Support design of manufacturing tooling
- Support NPI activities
- Troubleshoot issues in manufacturing
- Work within cross-functional teams
- Identify areas for improvement in the processes
- Development of new production processes while using new machines and technologies
- Carrying out development experiments until results are obtained according to the design and production requirements
- Preparing technical documentation tests summary and conclusions for process optimization.
- Performing testing for research and process validation

- Degree (or equivalent) in mechanical or material engineering
- 3-5 years relevant industry experience
- Good English skills (Both written and verbal)
- Hands-on (ability to do some handwork, use tooling Etc.)
- Good problem solver
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-moving environment
- Can-do approach

Nice to have:

- Knowledge with Solidworks
- Good understanding of mechanical systems
- Ability to operate machinery and equipment
- Familiarity with Q&R systems and process
