Description, A leading US online E-Commerce retailer that changes the way people buy glasses. (US Top 200 Internet Retailer) is hiring a campaign manager to run Facebook and or Google ad campaigns.


Your primary responsibility would be to plan, execute and optimize large scale Facebook and/or Google campaigns for customer acquisition and retention to meet business objectives.

An ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with large scale campaigns on Facebook and Google Ads, in either the agency or advertiser side. The candidate is looking to break into the world of e-commerce, US retail and physical goods (CPG), and join a leading brand in its industry.


• Manage a portfolio of multiple platforms or campaigns with a goal oriented approach and strong analytical capabilities.
• Optimize campaigns portfolio while meeting performance KPI targets
• Apply testing methodologies with multiple creatives, landing pages and funnels on an ongoing basis throughout your campaigns portfolio.
• Analyze, report and optimize campaigns on an ongoing basis.


• 1+ years of experience with the digital media ecosystem (US preferably) and management/hand-on campaigns - a MUST
• Proven experience with online pricing models and goal metrics (CPM/CPC/CPL/CPA/ROI) and ability to estimate and determine profitability of campaigns - a MUST
• Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Vlookup, Advanced Formulas, Data Manipulation)
• Fluent English – spoken and written.
• E-Commerce industry experience - an advantage
