Description

We're seeking a motivated and results oriented PPC Campaign Manager (Lead Generation) to join our growing marketing team. In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for developing and managing data driven PPC campaigns that not only drive traffic but also generate high-quality leads for our company. You'll learn from experienced professionals and gain valuable skills in crafting targeted campaigns that convert clicks into qualified leads.

Responsibilities:

- Partner with the marketing team to understand company goals and develop targeted PPC campaigns focused on lead generation.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify opportunities to reach prospects actively searching for our products.
- Build and manage lead generation campaigns across various PPC platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn).
- Craft compelling ad copy that resonates with target audiences and encourages them to convert (e.g., sign up for a free trial, download a white paper).
- Develop landing pages optimized for lead capture, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and optimize campaigns for maximum return on ad spend (ROAS) and lead generation.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost-per-lead (CPL) and lead quality.
- Analyze campaign data and generate reports to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaign performance for lead generation.
- Stay up to date on the latest PPC trends and best practices in lead generation.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams (design, SDRs).
- Develop and implement a data-driven LinkedIn social media strategy aligned with overall marketing objectives.
- Take part in creating high-quality, engaging content (articles, posts, videos) that showcases our industry expertise and thought leadership.
- Manage the editorial calendar, schedule content posts, and optimize timing for maximum reach.

REQUIREMENTS

- 1-2 years of experience in PPC campaign management
- Alternatively, 2-3 years of experience in managing and executing inbound, B2B, digital paid campaigns.
- Experience working in an international B2B high tech company is a plus
- You are a proactive self-starter, demonstrating high initiative and critical thinking. Proven ability to think strategically, but with exceptional attention to data in execution.
- Positive, can-do attitude, with the ability to work with marketing and sales professionals, and ability to prioritize numerous projects simultaneously. Understanding of funnel management and metrics.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles with a focus on lead generation strategies.
- Working knowledge of PPC platforms (e.g., Google Ads) and lead generation tactics within those platforms is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Data-driven mindset with a passion for optimizing performance and lead generation.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Hybrid work days, willing to work at least 3 days a week from our Ra'anana office.
