WalkMe’s Performance Marketing team is looking for exceptional campaign manager to lead Google search & GDN paid campaigns.

WalkMe is a digital adoption platform that simplifies the user experience on any application by providing onscreen guidance and automation.

We are seeking for a creative, energetic and methodical professional to join our industry leading Marketing team in WalkMe’s Tel Aviv office. The ideal candidate has experience as a Paid Acquisition Campaign Manager with a proven track record in B2B marketing (preferably SAAS), knowledge of web-marketing tools and awesome analytical skills.

What will you actually be doing?
- Managing paid search campaigns hands-on (Ad-words & Bing), GDN and YouTube.
- Analyzing data, carrying out weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting.
- Providing the required pipeline per region while maintaining KPI’s and ROI.
- Optimizing frequently on all levels: ads, keywords, times, ad-groups and campaigns.
- Collaborating on cross-marketing strategic campaigns such as: ABM campaigns, offline campaigns etc.
- Running ongoing A/B tests on different performance parameters
- Developing innovative techniques to maximize campaign performance.
- Manage a full marketing funnel - awareness, consideration and lead generation, each optimized for its own set of KPI’s
- Work collaboratively with team members across advertising platforms
- Create fresh copy for ads and brainstorm new ideas for landing pages and creatives

Requirements

- 3+ years experience as a full-time PPC / SEM professional.- a must
- Experience on large B2B budgets - a must
- Experienced with marketing automation software DCM, Marketo/Hubspot- Strong Advantage
- Professional communication skills in English, both verbal and written - a must
- Experience with multi-touch attribution and attribution platforms.
- Full proficiency managing all aspects of Google Ad Words
- Strong analytical skills, high proficiency in Excel.
- Experience with Google Analytics UI and reporting analysis.
- Copywriting skills - ability to audit copy and come up with a new fresh copy.
- Basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies and techniques.
- Conversion rate optimization (CRO) tools and experience.
