Job Overview:

The HR PMO will be part of the Total Reward team and will lead cross company projects around payroll, compensation and benefits, internal audit and standardization.

The HR PMO will be responsible for processes related to HR budget and relocations. You will report to Director of Global Total Reward HRIS and Analytics and work closely with various interfaces in HR, Finance, Legal and Compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Planning & internal audit – design and lead global internal audit process in compensation and payroll within SodaStream HQ, manufacturing plants and global markets.
- Relocation – responsibility over all SodaStream relocation processes.
- HR budget and global HC planning– global responsibility over the annual HR budget process and ongoing monitoring and analysis of the global HR budget usage and global HC.
- Standardization – lead and monitor the global standardization process.
- Project management – lead various projects in compensation and benefits.
- Work closely and effectively with various interfaces – HR management team, Global HR team, compliance, legal and finance.


- Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Business Management
- 5+ years of experience in payroll, C&B, internal audit
- Experience leading global projects in a matrix organization
- Fluent in English
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excel proficient
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in global teams
- Confident working with a range of internal stakeholders from all functions and levels of seniority
- Thrives in a fast paced environment
- Organized & detail oriented
