Join us - a leading high-tech company that provides cybersecurity solutions is looking for a PMO to join the team and ensure optimal delivery of our products to the customers.

This is a crucial central position of supporting the global success of the company and consolidating multidisciplinary operational programs.

Job Description

- Responsible for overall delivery planning and monitoring in terms of scope, resources and timeline, as well as professional services sales support.
- Ensure project management standards and methodologies are satisfactory and are followed.
- Design and maintain reports of programs, creating executive presentations.
- Lead cross-unit’s synchronization and tightly follow up on the execution, including indicators presentation to the management.
- Plan, manage, and execute cross department process improvement initiatives and provide an integrative view.
- Interact with multiple internal interfaces like R&D, Project management, Sales, Product.
- Reporting to Cyberbit lead COO.

The position is temporary - until mid february


- BSc Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field - An advantage
- Up to 1-2 years of experience as a PMO – advantage.
- Expert in Excel and PowerPoint - must.
- Fluent English.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to work independently and still be a team player.
- A strong sense of urgency and a ‘can do’ attitude, ability for multi-tasking under pressure.
- Detailed-oriented, highly organized.
