WalkMe is in search of a passionate, experienced and creative Project Manager to join our Product Team!

As a Project Manager at WalkMe, you will have a key role in driving our customers’ digital transformation. You will be responsible for the end-to-end project life cycle focusing on change management and platform version rollouts. This position requires experience in partnering with teams, defining cross-functional business processes, rationalizing technology requirements, and executing an aggressive agenda in a rapidly changing environment.

The preferred candidate will present a breadth of experience in a professional services organization or enterprise solutions environment, ideally with third party platforms (Salesforce, Workday, SAP/SuccessFactors, Oracle and others).

What will you actually be doing?
- Lead and initiate end-to-end projects: discover, analyze, plan, approve, deliver, communicate and measure
- Work closely with Product Managers and R&D to ensure that our customers' goals are met
- Contribute to platform-related product solutions and continuous product improvement
- Act as the subject matter expert of your segment and provide the know how of how it interacts with other processes and surrounding tools and systems
- Communicate and partner with the Customer Success, Sales, Solution Consultants and Professional Services teams, ensuring a high level of engagement and communication
- Manage and create relevant knowledge and documentation, both for internal and external audiences


- 3+ years of relevant experience with enterprise technologies as a Business Systems Analyst or hands-on Project Manager
- Proven project management skills - initiating, planning, executing, monitoring ,controlling and closing
- Practical experience and knowledge of building and configuration of one or more of the following products: Salesforce, Workday, SAP/SuccessFactors, Oracle, MS Dynamics - must
- Ability to work cross-functionally, rapidly gain an understanding of applications, manage multiple projects with changing priorities and initiate projects with minimal guidance
- Familiarity with business processes and leading industry practices in HR and CRM (benefits, compensation, payroll, performance, talent management, recruiting, sales, service, marketing, etc) - advantage
- Experience in managing, creating and developing knowledge and documentation for various types of users - advantage
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently, meet demanding deadlines, prioritize workflow and adjust to frequent workload fluctuations
- Team Player with the ability to lead multi-stakeholder and cross-organizational projects
- Willingness to work in a hands-on, dynamic, and constantly changing environment
- Strong business and technical orientation
- Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with executives, IT Management, and developers
