Description

We are looking for a responsible, highly organized, and experienced Personal Assistant to provide personalized administrative support to our CEO. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to CEO’s working/personal life and communication.

Responsibilities
- Act as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external clients
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
- Make travel arrangements and manage expense reports
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Run business or personal errands and perform general administrative or housekeeping tasks
- Take dictation and minutes
- Produce reports, presentations, and briefs
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assist the executive team in coordinating a multitude of participant meetings

Requirements

- Proven work experience as a personal assistant
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Native English- a must
- High availability/ Willingness to work late or unconventional hours.
- Discretion and confidentiality
- An understanding and experience of a fast-moving workplace environment.
- Excellent teamwork and strong interpersonal skills
- Using judgment when scheduling meetings, determining purpose, urgency, and minimum time required.
- MS Office proficiency
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Up to date with the latest office gadgets and applications
