Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
- Full support of executives calendars, on-going tasks and follow-up on action items
- Managing communication related to meetings, conference calls, invitations, event planning, visits etc.
- Preparing, coordinating and organizing on and off-site meetings
- Organize all travel logistics, from flights to scheduling meetings in Israel and abroad
- Maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
- At least 3 years of experience in an administrative role working with executive level – A MUST
- Full proficiency in English and Hebrew, verbal and written – A MUST
- Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and multitask
- Great interpersonal skills and effective communication
- BA degree in relevant sphere – an advantage
