Freightos is looking for a full-time search marketing associate to help Freightos fuel exponential growth of the world’s largest digital freight platform. You will lead performance marketing as part of the demand generation team, constantly tapping into corporate knowledge, data, more data, and creative juices to identify and target the perfect customer.

And it’s fun… if your idea of fun is transforming an obsession with analytics, keyword strategy, business data, digital tools, and a six-figure advertising budget into customers.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Execute and optimize (again and again) paid media campaigns, specifically SEM campaigns in Google AdWords and Bing Ads, driven by revenue, specific target audiences goals, and caffeine.
- Optimize, hone, and otherwise perfect paid marketing strategy by turning data into actionable insights.
- Collaborate with marketing teammates to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all paid programs. In other words, you’ll need to make pretty words, not just pretty charts.
- Work with our design team, as well as your marketing colleagues, to craft landing pages, forms, and signup experiences while driving pageviews, signups, SQLs, and revenue.
- Coordinate and collaborate with other down-funnel or earned media marketing efforts.


- Significant academic training in data, mathematics, statistics, finance, or related field.
- 2+ years working experience in digital marketing, PPC, or related field.
- Super data chops (Excel; SQL; etc.) that can crunch big numbers into true insights.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing.
- Strategic and analytical thinker who is perceptive, forward-thinking, and has the ability to turn data insights into actionable ideas.
- Experience with rapid campaign experimentation and A/B testing.
- English (mother-tongue).

Preferred Requirements:
- Strong advantage for someone with at least two years experience and proficiency in paid search marketing.
- Experience running ads on Facebook, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Fluency with Google Tag Manager, Google Optimize, and other widely-used digital marketing tools.
