About the Role
Riskified is looking for Payroll Specialist to join our Finance team!

As part of the Finance Team at Riskified, you will be responsible for the payroll process and will ensure accurate and timely management of the payroll practices within the company’s accounting function.

Responsibilities include:

Responsible for execution of payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely management of the payroll practices within the company’s accounting function and compensation-related accounting transactions. Salaries related issues: receiving new employees, treatment of terminations, reporting and payment to tax authorities (Bituach Leumi and IRS), social benefits reporting and payments, reimbursement of expenses, sickness days, vacation days, miluim, simulation for employees. Working closely with Hilan. Working closely with the insurance agencies: payments and issues.

Monthly closures: provisions for vacation, severance, compensation, etc. Maintain payroll records, pay data and pay history files, time and attendance data. Record reimbursement of employee’s travel and expenses reports

Support the accounting department in other duties as required

What You'll Be Doing
- Handling new employees and terminations.
- Tax authorities (Bituach Leumi and IRS) reporting and payments.
- Social benefits reporting and payments.
- Expense reimbursement.
- Monitoring sick and vacation days.
- Maintaining payroll records.
- Creating simulations for employees.
- Testing and control of the monthly salaries


- 4+ years of experience as a payroll specialist
- Experience working with Shiklulit
- Experience working with Hilan
- Experience Setting up a company with Hilan - Advantage
- Full control of Microsoft office applications
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Fluent English speaker
- High Attention to detail
- Team player
- Experience working with NetSuite - An advantage
- Experience from a global High-Tech company - An advantage
