Description

Responsibilities

Business Management

1. Build and manage strong partnerships with key customers within the web portfolio, with the goal of developing effective digital strategies, increasing Tiktok product knowledge and adoption, optimizing client advertising investment and growing the business.
2. Develop and maintain C-level relationships, serve as a point of contact to customers.
3. Initiate joint business plans to maintain long term growth by understanding of their business objectives, KPIs and challenges.
4. Support client performance by supplying data trends and industry insights, develop strategic sales plans, and prepare and conduct transformational pitches and sales presentations.

Campaign Planning and Management

1. Facilitate ad campaigns from start to finish, with deep knowledge of TikTok ads solutions and understanding of the clients' needs.
2. Plan and build compelling storylines and data-driven presentations that are customized to clients' KPIs and challenges.

Cross functional collaboration

1. Work with cross-functional Client Solutions team to maintain healthy ROI, improve work efficiency, and build long term growth.
2. Work with Marketing team to develop pitch narratives and case studies, and take part in industry events and conferences to be positioned as a thought leader.
3. Work with various product teams, on feedback and suggestions of ads solutions, systems and tools.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2. 5 years of experience in media account management and/or the marketing/advertising industry.
3. Fluency in English and Hebrew, with ability to effectively communicate with and serve English speaking clients.
4. Experience and success in strategically growing and maintaining complex, high-value managed accounts, through a consultative approach.
5. Experience in building trusted relationships with directors and C-level stakeholders by developing a strong understanding of the client business and driving deep, data-driven insights.
6. Deep knowledge of the digital advertising platforms and ecosystem.
