• Assistance in coordinating and managing Tel Aviv University's international partnerships with universities abroad.
• Assistance in drafting partnership agreements, drafting agreements with the Legal Department, the Academic Secretariat and other parties on campus while monitoring their implementation.
• Centralizing and monitoring all international partnership information at the university, including existing agreements.
• Ongoing partnership development within the framework of Erasmus, including the handling of programs for exchange students, researchers and faculty.
• Participation in academic delegation visits, as well as summarizing the visit and following up on its results.
• Support the university faculty by promoting international partnerships.
• Assistance in submitting calls for funding for academic projects (such as joint programs, student exchanges, joint conferences, etc.) in various funding frameworks: European funding frameworks, government funding frameworks, and the like.
• Interface with a variety of stakeholders within the unit, at the university, and externally.
• Assistance to the team manager in any additional tasks as needed.


• Academic degree. Graduate degree - an advantage.
• Several years' experience in an independent administrative position, including day-today work in English.
• Working with international universities, entities and institutions and familiarity with the global academic world - an advantage.
• Experience in understanding and drafting agreements - an advantage.
• High-level Hebrew and native-level English, including the ability to speak, write and read in these languages.
• Experience working with computerized systems and full control of OFFICE applications, including EXCEL.
• Ability to work independently and integrate into teamwork.
• Self-initiative and ability to drive processes.
• Ability to monitor processes in an organized way.
• Ability to handle high level of workload, multitasking and meet
