We are looking for a Partners Community Manager for our Partners Community which is a place for partners to share knowledge, experience and actionable insights between themself and the monday.com team. This person will join a growing team and help shape the way we expand our partners’ ecosystem.
About The Role
- Build an online community to support our growing partners’ ecosystem.
- Manage the community from A to Z, making sure no question is left unanswered.
- Track data to optimize the community and to get insights from our partner interactions.
- You will plan and publish content and maintain the content calendar.
- You will work with our partner community to identify thought leaders, opinion makers and build meaningful connections to engage community members through dialogue and messaging.
- You will take a key role in the creative processes as part of this program to make sure our messaging and story telling our well understood and articulated.
- Fluent English - A must
- Proven experience in building successful online communities.
- Experience in defining community strategy, KPIs and goals to grow audience and engagement
- Outstanding organizational skills; ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple requirements and projects
- High execution skills - ability take things from ideas to actions quickly
- Excellent writing skills in English and overall communication skills
- Experience working in a startup environment - advantage
