accessiBe, #1 web accessibility solution is looking for a Partner Success Manager to be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our partners. The ideal candidate will have direct sales experience while establishing business and technical relationships, and managing the day-to- day interactions with partners in order to build long-term business and marketing opportunities.
- Become a trusted member of the Partner Success team to own deal execution with partners while leveraging Partner programs.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing and new partners
- Able to consistently exceed quota and key performance metrics.
- Educate partners on the proper use of accessiBe’s product and service offerings
- Experience working and communicating with multiple stakeholders and cross functional teams to improve processes and partner experience
- At least 1+ year experience as Business Development Manager- a Must!
- 3+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager/ Account Manager/ Account Executive
- Native English speaker- a Must!
- Experience with B2B Mid level- Enterprise clients
- Experience with keynote speaking and creating webinars and other digital events
- Excellent client-facing and rapport building skills
- High-level skill in Excel
Working hours: Monday- Thursday and 2 Fridays a month from 3 pm- 12 am
