WalkMe, industry leader in Digital Adoption, provides the world’s first Digital Adoption Platform (DAP), designed to help enterprises guide and engage end-users through an array of websites and applications.

As the company continues to rapidly expand, we are seeking a Partner Enablement Manager to prepare, coordinate and evaluate educational programs for our Channel Partners. The Enablement Manager’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to, designing team and individual courses, maintaining records of curriculum and materials and gathering feedback on the quality of training from various stakeholders. The ideal candidate should be familiar with various educational techniques for different roles and skill sets.

Responsibilities:
- Organizing, coordinating, and facilitating off-site and in-house training activities, focusing on Partner Certification Workshops.
- Designing training curriculum and materials.
- Gather and analyze feedback from Partners and subject matter experts to determine learning needs and continuously improve the Partners Education program overall.
- Manage Partners' subscriptions to webinars and e-learning courses.
- Discuss training and development opportunities with Partners.
- Enrich courses with visual aids to engage trainees.
- Research and recommend learning platforms and processes.
- Calculate and report on training costs.
- Ensure partners go through their full enablement program to ensure the team’s targets are achieved.

Requirements

- 2-4+ years of direct customer or partner enablement experience in a training and/or technical capacity.
- Knowledge of traditional and modern educational techniques (e.g. classroom training, webinars, evaluations).
- Proven success in managing the full training cycle, including but not limited to; assessing needs, planning, developing and coordinating enablement programs and monitoring and evaluating end results.
- Strong technical proficiency (e.g., familiar with CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and HTML) .
- Prior experience in working with Enterprise and SaaS tools.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to hold business and technical related discussions with c-level executives from Fortune 1000, mid-tier, and/or start-up companies.
- Demonstrable success in thinking strategically, executing tactically while providing consistent and high levels of Partner Satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly data-driven with a commitment to the process. Excited about driving and tracking consistent enablement programs with all partners in your portfolio.
- Hands-on experience with Learning Management Software (LMS) is an advantage.
- Ability to travel once a month - must
