We’re looking for a creative, out of the box thinker with an entrepreneurial spirit leader, to join the partners team as vcita’s Partner Enablement Manager.

Full Description
The Partner Enblement Manager will be responsible to build and to drive the global partner enablement program. The program should impart the vcita’s brand, values, skills and capabilities to our strategic partners, aligns our partners with our business’s overall strategy and empowers them to increase their market share.

Responsibilities
- Build jointly with the partners the go-to-market plan
- Strategize with partners and develop best-in-class joint marketing plans to best express your product’s value proposition and sell to the right customers and to achieve objectives of the partner and vcita.
- Build and maintain the partners 'Toolbox’ to reduce partner friction, leverage global programs and initiatives, and customize as needed to meet regional objectives.
- Make sure vcita product will jump and stay top of mind and to make it easier for our partners to retain and increase partners usage (welcome kit, trainings, how-to guides, video tutorials, product release announcements, blogs, webinars, partner hub, success stories )
- Act as an internal consultant to the Product team and be the voice of the partners within vcita.
- Survey our partners for continuous improvement
- Form and lead partner advisory council and partner events

Requirements

- Minimum 6 years of digital marketing experiences
- Experience working directly with partners or direct sales to understand their learning needs, check content, and gather closed-loop feedback
- Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns
- Ability to work in and manage ambiguity, including dealing effectively with issues that do not always have a process, system, or solution in place
- Strong teamwork AND leadership skills
- Proactive, self-starter and results-oriented with a can-do spirit
- Excellent presentation, verbal and written English communication skills
