This is a great opportunity to join an exciting startup company, as the CEO’s PA and Office Admin supporting our team in Israel and NY. This position requires initiative, attention to detail, ability to manage internal and external relationships, ability to work with senior executives and cross-functional teams with superb communication skills. What will you actually be doing?

• Provide a strong partnership with senior management to improve day-to-day efficiency and service.
• Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments.
• Produce reports, presentations, and briefs.
• Oversee office operations and ongoing maintenance for NY Facility.
• Administration of flights and accommodation for overseas travel.

Requirements

• 2+ years of applicable administrative experience.
• Strong communication skills - oral and written.
• Fluent in English is a must.
• Previous experience supporting senior management, preferably at a high-tech or startup company- an advantage.
• Flawless execution of administrative activities, with high attention to detail.
• "Can-do" attitude, a team player.
• Proven ability to manage projects, work under pressure and consistently meet deadlines.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, Google Slides, Email, and Calendaring skills
• Bachelor’s degree.
