Cardo Systems is the global market leader of wireless communication Systems. The company owns a mesh based wireless intercom solution to allow effective team communication in hazardous and noisy environments. The company is in the advanced stage of commercializing a platform (HW & SW) that designed to be embedded into protective and military gear.

Cardo is looking to partner with OEM manufacturers that design and manufacture safety and protection equipment for these verticals.

Job Description

Being an outbound technical point of contact communicating features and applications effectively, demonstrating the company expertise and understanding the customer needs. maintaining interactions with engineers’ teams both inbound and outbound

This position will work closely with the customers and prospects to provide technical support at the design stage and will assure a successful implementation of Cardo’s solution and technology.

The Tech support will be asked to compile technical documents such as MRD’s and SoW’s and to be in charge to align the relevant stakeholders.

Also, this position involves scouting for new clients and market segments which can benefit from Cardo’s technology in a designated region, attending trade shows and searching new potential prospects.

*Reports to VP Head of professional business line.

Job duties:
- Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product training to customers
- Supporting customers during the design process and provide technical insights and problems’ solving, assuring tight schedule and project KPI’s are well defined and met
- Preparing technical presentations and making demonstrations at customer’s premises
- Preparing and presenting reports, technical documentation including presentations, manuals and MRD’s
- Traveling to visit existing clients and being involved in establishing new relationships with potential clients.
- Providing after-sales support services to clients
- Supporting marketing and sales by attending trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events, demonstrating Cardo’s tech’s solutions
- Solving client problems and acting as the main technical interface
- Providing support during the design of custom-made products for POC’s
- Reports to: VP Head of professional business line.


- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- Bachelor’s degree in Business administration – An advantage
- Min. of 5 years’ experience as a support engineer or as a product manager – A must
- Profound with wireless communication – An advantage
- Prior experience in the protection equipment industry (nice to have), consumer electronics and B2B (a must)
- Previous experience from module vendors e.g. Telit, Siera wireless etc. – an advantage
- Strong understanding of the communication eco-systems, covering both HW and SW
- English – fluent, writing and speaking
- Experience with modules and embedded solutions from system architect perspective – an advantage
- Ability to perform field trials
- Tech savvy, team player with a strong self-motivation and passionate about innovation
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Representative, hands-on and multi-tasking type of a person
