OGC is a boutique Research and consulting firm based in Tel-Aviv and New York City, we specialize in market research-based strategy, innovation testing, and Voice of the Customer program design and optimization. Our mission is to help our clients become more insightful, create happier end-customers and uncover opportunities to grow their businesses. Our client portfolio is international, with a focus on US-based, Fortune 500 companies across a variety of industries, such as Financial Services, Specialty Retail, Telecommunications, Hospitality and Software.

We are seeking an Operations & HR Associate to join our team.

The ideal candidate for this position is a bright, detail-oriented self-starter with superior project management skills. S/he may have a market research background and wants to contribute impactfully to a growing consulting firm in an operational capacity.

This position provides an excellent opportunity to gain operational experience, foundational skills transferable to any business, and exposure to global, Fortune 500 companies. The role also lays the groundwork for transition into other capacities as the firm continues to expand.

Responsibilities:
The Admin and Operations Associate will work with the Director of Operations in day-to-day coordination and management of operational activities. Such activities include:

* HR and Recruitment (for both local and US positions)
- Source potential candidates, conduct interview processes and head the recruitment process end-to-end
- Budget and organize company outings & events
- Create desirable office environment & manage employee welfare

* Administrative & Operational Tasks
- Handle invoices and payments; coordinate with bookkeeping firms
- Compose correspondence with clients and senior executives
- Assist with managing the company staffing and schedule calendar

* Project Management & Support
- Manage third parties involved in company projects
- Provide QA support for ongoing Market research projects
- Assist with presentation design

Requirements

- B.A./B.S. from a top university with outstanding academic performance (in business or social sciences - preferred) - currently completing degree also relevant
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are mandatory; proficiency in Hebrew is a big advantage
- Superb project management skills (time management, task prioritization, and overall organization)
- Thorough knowledge of Google Drive, Excel, & Powerpoint
- Strong attention to detail
- Self-starter who shows ownership of assigned responsibilities
- Friendly and works well in a small team

The position is open for both full-time and part-time applications.
