Description
A highly motivated Project Manager to join our Operations Project Management Team.
A strong Project manager with strategic thinking & ability to dive into technical aspects quickly, mapping business needs & translating them into technical implementations.
What you’ll be spending your time on:
End to end responsibility of projects implementation, from initiation phase, collecting project’s specs, leading meetings with providers and project’s stakeholders, as well as planning, tracking progress, communicating about the project’s statuses, managing risks & escalating when needed, to launches, post market release monitoring to ensure projects’ successful completion.
Project Manager in Operations is responsible for seeing through the planning & execution of internal as well as cross departmental projects. PM is expected to work with many interfaces within the company, such as Product Managers, R&D, analysts, tech teams, business partners, other Project Managers, as well as 3rd party providers.
Project Manager’s role is crucial for a successful delivery, and PM is expected to be proactive, assertive adoptive to the dynamic work environment, offer solutions, remove obstacles, solve issues, keeping in mind business as well as technological aspects of the projects.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in managing technological/software projects in a global environment
- Experience in Agile methodology & delivery
- Experience with process/ workflow management
- Proficient in managing multiple projects in parallel
- Strong communication & analytical skills
- High level of English – verbal & written abilities
Not a must but a great advantage:
- Degree in Industrial Engineering- advantage
- Online/Banking/Payments industry – advantage
