Today, the company has more than 1,000 customers worldwide and 70 employees in three countries: Israel, US and Australia.

Pepperi is looking for an Online Marketing Manager to take ownership of all our online marketing and lead gen activities.

You'll be responsible for the entire digital marketing operations, reporting directly to the CEO. You’ll have considerable autonomy to decide on activities and manage all aspects of the online marketing. RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage and improve our digital marketing strategy to optimize business goals
- Provide reporting and analysis on core results and KPIs to all stakeholders
- Initiate lead gen and other marketing programs and projects
- Marketing Automation
- Manage Hubspot - implement workflows, lead scoring, and emails within the Hubspot marketing platform
- Planning, executing, and optimizing email nurturing flows
- PPC / SEO
- Manage, monitor and optimize PPC campaigns on different platforms
- Work with SEO agency to grow organic traffic and optimize leads
- Website - Maintaining and optimizing the website to improve lead gen and conversion rates

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience successfully leading digital marketing activities in a B2B SaaS environment
- Creative, strategic thinker with a data-driven customer-obsessed mindset
- Very good knowledge of analytics tools i.e Google Analytics and other optimization tools
- Well versed in best practices and conversion optimization techniques, with continuous experimentation and A/B testing
- Hands on experience managing Google ads / experience managing ads via outsourced agency
- Hands on experience managing large scale marketing automation campaigns (Hubspot)
- Familiarity with online, contact databases like ZoomInfo
- Experience maintaining and updating a WP website
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate, self-starter with a can-do attitude
- Native English level (written & spoken)
