-Overseeing general office operation at Holon's office, Sunday - Thursday
-Greeting visitors, answering incoming phone calls and delivering high service to our employees and customers
-Coordinating appointments and meetings, as well as managing staff calendars and schedules
-Coordinating domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, and car rental reservations
-Purchasing office supplies and equipment; maintaining proper stock levels
-Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs.
-Collaborating with business providers and suppliers.
-Assist the HR team with welfare activities, such as parties, celebrations, and conferences


-3 years of experience as an Office Manager – Must
-Excellent communication in English, speaking and writing – Must
-Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint – Must
-Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
-Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
-Aptitude to work closely with the organization’s leadership
-Highly responsible, organized, and sensitive to people's needs
-Ability to work under pressure and in a dynamic environment
