**We are looking for a smart & sharp Office/Operations manager, to be the heart of our office and join our team on a part time basis (growing to full time gradually). **

Job brief
- We are looking for an experienced part-time Administration Manager to supervise daily support operations of our company and plan the most efficient administrative procedures.
- A great administration manager has excellent communication and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in departmental procedures and policies and will be able to actively discover new ways to do the job more efficiently. The goal is to ensure all support activities are carried on efficiently and effectively to allow the other operations to function properly.

- Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
- Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
- Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
- Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons
- Financial processes - work with the payroll and accounting departments
- Working with suppliers ,customers, dealing with banks and making transfersand payments
- HR processes - managing the salary process, handling the receipt and departure of employees and handling the welfare of employees and human resources
- Handling of employees’ insurances with insurance agents, preparing expense reports in Israel and abroad
- Working with lawyers, accountants and the Chief Scientist


- A minimum of 2 years practical administrative experience from a start-up company
- Proficiency in written and spoken business English
- In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies
- Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office computer programs
- An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
- Excellent project management, organizational and multitasking abilities
- Pro-activeness, professionalism, strong work ethic, responsibility, integrity, out of the box thinking and common sense.
- Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
