Intuition Robotics™ is a VC backed startup developing cognitive AI social agents and products (e.g. ElliQ) that is changing how people and machines/devices interact. Intuition Robotics was founded in 2016 and currently has about 50 employees located mainly in Israel. Some of our key investors include Toyota, Samsung Next, iRobot and more. ;

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Office Manager to oversee a variety of administrative projects and office management. This is a unique opportunity to work in a growing startup and be a part of a great team, gain valuable experience.

Responsibilities
- Meeting scheduling and coordination
- Coordination of business trips, flights and hotels booking
- Supporting and being CEO's executive assistant (Manage a complicated calendar, manage his travel schedule and different tasks for the CEO and for the rest of the management team).
- General operation support
- Handling invoices and payments, dealing with the bookkeeping firm.
- Managing the office/food supply orders and taking care of the office maintenance.
- Taking care of employees welfare (Happy hours, company event and etc)

Requirements

- Experience in administrative role (from Startup companies)
- B.A in Business Management or similar
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and ability to interact autonomously with internal and external partners.
- Excellent computer skills, and a self starter personality.
- An ability to multitask and prioritise in a dynamic environment, attention to details and great organisational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills - A must.
