Israeli Flying Aid, a non-profit, non-governmental organization (NGO) that delivers life-saving aid to communities affected by natural disasters and human conflict is looking for an Office Manager and Executive Assistant.

Key Responsibilities:
- Take part in a meaningful and impactful field.
- Administrative and ongoing assistance to the organization's CEO & COO.
- Office administration and operations.
- Calendar management, meeting scheduling, preparing itineraries and schedules for trips abroad.
- Working with suppliers.
- Basic accounting and budgeting.
- Assisting in the ongoing management of the website, newsletter and social media outlets.


- Proven administrative experience - a must
- Hebrew and English - native speaker - a must
- Outstanding communication skills in Hebrew and English (spoken and written) - a must
- Budget monitoring experience - a must
- Accounting experience - an advantage
- Able to work independently
- Marketing orientation - an advantage
- Excellent organizational skills
- Commitment and passion for humanitarian causes
- Ability to work in a stressful environment
- Tech-savvy
- Excellent skills in Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Creative thinker
