About the Role
Riskified is seeking a self-driven, organised Office Manager to join our fast growing TLV startup! If you have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask and deal with a wide range of requirements this is the place for you! In this role, you will work with our Administrative team to execute administrative and logistical tasks, as well as other responsibilities pertaining to the company’s day-to-day operations.

What You'll Be Doing
- Oversee office operations including supplies and deliveries
- Solve problems quickly and efficiently for general office inquiries.
- Vendor management and negotiation: working with external vendors related to office supplies, technology, equipment as well as managing onsite cleaning staff
- Manage planning and logistics associated with meetings and conference rooms
- Assist various teams with different administrative tasks and projects
- Responsible for maintenance and presentation of the office environment
- Prepare on-going reports on expenses and office budgets

Requirements

* Fluent Hebrew and English are required for this position *

- 2+ years proven work experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Officer, or similar role, preferably with a rapidly growing company
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English- MUST
- Solid knowledge of office procedures
- Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Outstanding follow-through skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Ability to function in a demanding, fast-paced environment and to handle multiple tasks in a calm, organised manner
- Full-time position in TLV
