For an entrepreneurial and real-estate developing company located in the center of Tel Aviv.

- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Greeting visitors and providing general administrative support to our employees.
- Organizing the office layout and ordering stationery and equipment
- Oversee housekeeping, office operations and ongoing office administration
- Coordinating with a large number of suppliers, as well as handling orders, invoices and procurement
- Maintaining the office condition and arranging necessary repairs
- Responsible for tidiness and general office appearance.


- High organizational skills
- Previous experience as a Front office manager or Office administrator or similar field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook and Power Point)
- Attention to details, honesty, reliability, multi-tasking, thinks outside the box
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Strong oral and written communication skills in Hebrew & English
- Attention to details and problem-solving skills
- Full / part time position
