Description

Zoomin, a fast growing startup in the heart of Tel Aviv, is looking to hire an energetic, multi-tasker and peoples’ person office manager to run all office administrative related issues. The office manager will be responsible for maintaining a pleasant work environment and promoting people’s happiness in the organization (wellbeing).

Responsibilities:

         Serves as the office focal point for employee operational and administrative needs (Equipment, supply, etc).

         Strategically Planning and leading all wellbeing projects in the organization.

         Owner of all wellbeing responsibilities- Holidays, Happy Hours, Birthdays, Offsites, etc.

         Manage all office-related issues including maintenance, supplies, equipment, grocery shopping, etc.

          Support HR on onboarding new employees, HR software systems.

         Support the HR’s recruiting processes- screening CV’s, contacting candidates, scheduling interviews. 

         Manage, contract, and cooperate with office vendors and service providers.

         Manage the incoming and outgoing travel, accommodation and visas.

Requirements

         Obsessed with operations, small details and making others around you happy

         Team player and service- oriented person.

         Excellent communication skills- the position requires working cooperatively with all employees and management.

         Multitasker with the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic, fast growing environment.

         Creativity, attention to details and problem-solving skills.

         Experience in a similar position in the Hi-Tech industry.

         Excellent English, both speaking and writing.
