Touchgroup is the biggest distribution company and official importer in Israel for VR equipment and also the representative of HTC mobile phones. This is one operation, the other operation is the biggest accelorator for start ups in the field of AR, VR and AI.

We at Touchgroup are looking for an organised, experienced Office and Logistics manager to join our friendly team and be a key contributor to the companies success.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Managing orders, stock, deliveries, Priority system control.
- Sales and service assistance (to assist customers, technical advisor, ability to sell)
- Office management (schedule meetings, diary planning, scheduling, CEO assistant)


- At least a year experience in a related role.
- Proactive, mulit-tasker and service orientated.
- High energy and assertiveness.
- Excellent time management skills, and ability to prioritize.
- Tech savvy.
- Fluent english.
- Quick learner.
- Experience using Priority (bonus).
