What will you actually be doing?
- Responsible for working in a wide variety of functions including administration, facility management, and operations.
- In charge of all office operations in terms of supplies,kitchen,food, facility and construction work, office maintenance.
- Working with various suppliers.
- Vendor negotiation and managing their everyday work


- At least 3 years of Experience in the field of leading administration or facility management in a rapidly-paced, fast-growing technology company.
- Excellent written and spoken Hebrew and English.
- Experience with writing policies, and overseeing organisation and work methodologies.
- Service-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in an office setting.
- Ability to function in a demanding environment and to handle multiple tasks in a calm, organised way.
- Emotional intelligence, must be a natural self-motivator.
- Adherence to deadlines, with a strong sense of urgency, ability to define priorities, and be a "think ahead" type of person.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
