Description

Tel Aviv University’s Sofaer Global MBA program is looking for an Office Administrative Support staff member to join our team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Course material printing and purchasing
- Supporting admissions process by monitoring status of applicant files and calling candidates to complete applications
- Support recruiting and admissions process with general administrative support
- Weekly and special event planning including ordering and room bookings
- Registering students to courses and updating grades
- Finalizing degrees and diplomas for the graduating class
- Exams preparations including scheduling rooms, printing and posting grades
- Responding to initial questions from applicant through CRM
- Tasks related to preparing for incoming class, including: confirming transcripts with the registration center, confirming TAU International profiles are completed for collection of application forms (Insurance, LOA, etc), issuing student numbers and cards, and Orientation week plan and execution.

Requirements

- Previous administrative experience
- FLUENCY in Hebrew and English (oral and written)
- Self-starter who can work independently and learn quickly
- Positive, professional attitude and ability to work well under pressure
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
