Description

*Providing regular administrative response to CEO which includes: answering the phone, managing complex calendars and scheduling appointments, handling overseas trips and hosting overseas guests.
* Hosting guests for meetings with the CEO which includes meeting room preparationץ
* Responsibility for the security clearance (Ben Gurion Airport) for guests from abroad.
* Support HR activities + requests for donations that regularly come to the office.

Requirements

* Administrative experience - at least three years
* English speaker - mother tongue
* Bachelor's degree - a must
* Service oriented
