Description
- The Office Admin serves as Orpak CEO assistant, including providing support in his daily tasks and meeting schedule, direct contact with leaders and focal points around the globe
- Ownership over travel services in the company including working with travel agents and traveling employees
- General administrative support in various functions to an individual, team, or department within the organization
- Provides courteous and professional communication with all staff and customers
- Manages and maintains office inventory, including office supplies, cell phones and more
- Responsible for cleaning services and office look and feel
- Addresses administrative tasks and resolves issues based on priority
- Works in alignment with an additional Office Admin, based at the company front desk, and providing services to visitors and employees
- Assists with event management and collaboration amongst suppliers and onsite visitors
REQUIREMENTS
*5 years + in administrative position, preferable in hi-tech industry, providing admin services to VPs level and above
*Multitasker - experience in managing a few projects parallelly.
*High level English (speaking, writing)
*Motivated, enthusiastic, service oriented, excellent interpersonal skills. Friendly and upbeat demeanor
*Experience in coordinating flights
*Willing to work in the office 5 days a week, 9:00 to 18:00
